While the less hot George Washington set the precedent for term limits (2), FDR didn't care about that because he was too busy:
a) bringing our great nation out of depression
b) upholding the strong values of the blue-blooded New York Aristocracy with Eleanor, as well as his mistress(es?).
c) looking good.
Where can you find time to regulate the banks, get tons of inspiring murals painted AND be the nation's best looking president? Not in two terms. Thanks for gracing us with your rakish good looks for FOUR TERMS, FDR!
